Communication

 

The normal way we communicate is through email. However, occasionally, if we have sent an email and did not receive a reply regarding an important matter, we may send a SMS Text to your mobile phone to let you know we sent you an email. We do not use your mobile number for ANY other purpose. In accordance with the CTIA Standard, by placing an order or sending us an SMS text, you are opting-in to receive SMS message communications with Economy Products.  

 

Purchasing

The normal way to purchase items is through our online store. If you need light weight items, like a belt or instruction manual, you may call our toll free number 1-800-753-7154 & we can adjust the freight amount. Ordering online gives you shipping options of USPS, Fed-Ex/UPS, International with rates and estimated times for delivery. These are estimates but fairly accurate for items in stock for orders up to $84.99. Orders totaling $85 & above will receive free freight. We state Most Orders Ship within 24hrs. Most means Most and not ALL. We have 25,000 items in stock at our shipping facility but occasionally we have items that need to be sent to us from another warehouse. In these cases, a few more days is needed for delivery. Orders lost or delayed by USPS or UPS are out of our control but have a 99% success rate of reaching the delivery address. Orders with a different shipping address than the business address will be questioned due to the frequency of fraudulent credit card usage.

 

At this time Dust Care, Microlined, DVC & 3M Brands are in short supply or in some cases discontinued. If you place an order for one of these brands, we will try to fulfill it with that brand. If we are unable, we will upgrade your order to Envirocare or a better quality item at no extra charge. In other cases, manufacturers may, often discontinue items, if this occurs, we will substitute an equivalent replacement at no extra charge. Please call our toll free number 1-800-753-7154 with any questions regarding brands, substitions, countries of origin and any other concern you may have prior to placing your order.

 

Returns and Cancellations

Due to customer abuse of returns, we are seldom granting returns. It is your responsibility prior to purchasing to be certain the machine and/or items are what you want. If you are not absolutely sure, please call us prior to placing your order.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping on all returns.  We recommend insuring all packages, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Some items may be returned within 20 days from the invoice date.  Vacuums and parts must be in new, resalable condition. Special Order items are not returnable. All returns subject to approval by Economy Products Inc. All sales are final unless granted return status by Economy Products Inc. Special order items & items which were used are not returnable. A copy of your invoice is also required with the return.  Refunds do not include postage & a restocking fee of 20%-50% may be charged. Items over $85 which were shipped free of charge are subject to having the freight charges added. If any items are damaged during the shipping process you must contact us immediately for instructions. Failure to follow the instructions may result in us being unable to refund your order in full. In most cases, a claims person from the shipping company will determine the degree in which they are liable which impacts the amount of refund the order is eligible for. Items which are refused at time of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for paying for all shipping charges incurred. If you are unsure about your purchase in any way, please contact us prior to ordering at 1-800-753-7154. We will try our best to deliver your order within the time frame of the shipping method you selected during check out. Occationally we have to order an item we are out of stock on. When we are able to fulfill this time frame, cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for us to return the order to the manufacturer.

 

By placing your order, you agree you have read, understand and will abide by these terms.

 

Warranty

Warranties differ from manufacturer to manufacturer and model to model.  Feel free to ask us about the warranty on any of the machines we sell.  If you need warranty service performed, we are able to repair all the vacuums we sell under warranty.  Usually the customer is responsible for the postage.  If you don't want to send the vacuum, many manufacturers have service centers throughout the United States. 

 

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND ECONOMY PRODUCTS

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

 

In the event an ECONOMY PRODUCTS product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ECONOMY PRODUCTS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. ECONOMY PRODUCTS shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ECONOMY PRODUCTS shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

 

TERM; TERMINATION

 

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be modified or terminated by ECONOMY PRODUCTS without notice at any time for any reason. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. Economy Products failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Economy Products may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you. 

Economy Products makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their content is illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from locations outside Texas do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You may not use or export the materials in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.
